I founded The Dynamic Eating Approach to help bring healing and freedom to others who have struggled with weight and body image. My personal life experiences have uniquely qualified me to work with clients who experience similar challenges related to diet, body image and overall health. After chronic dieting for years, I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual.
Having spent over 2+ decades searching for the “perfect” diet and working for various weight loss and supplement companies, I received my certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in May 2017.
When I found the Institute for the Psychology of Eating I instantly knew that this is what the nutrition world was missing. It was what we ALL are missing. We are brain washed by advertising and the labels society puts on us. And most of us are suffering because of them and are holding back in life.
This work has been so powerful. Once I was able to look past the weight and stopped blaming everything on it, I was able to start making connections that revealed patterns that I had been stuck in for years. These patterns were holding me back, not my weight. We are always told to peel back the layers, and I never really understood what they meant. Truth is, I wasn't ready to see what was there. When I was able to finally see that feelings buried alive....never die and started dealing with the real issues, my body naturally began and still continues to lose legitimate weight.
We are so much more than calories in and calories out. We are emotional beings living in a very tough and stressful time on planet Earth. In order to get where you want to go, you have to get curious and really intimate with yourself. I can help you get to the bottom once and for all why you may be struggling.
I aspire to help as many humans as I can. It changed my life and it can change yours too!
It’s time to try something different!
Having spent most of my adult life trying every diet under the sun, I became known to my friends and family as the “go to” girl for information about the latest diet trends. I have not only lost and gained the same weight more times than I care to recall, I also experienced the intense highs and lows that came along with those losses and gains.
Last year while still searching for the next diet, I stumbled across a video from Michele Carducci on social media. She was applying for a scholarship (P.S. SHE WON FIRST PLACE!) to attend a special workshop with Marc David, founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I reached out to Michele to find out more. I knew immediately that what the Institute offered would allow me to understand why I was chronically dieting and stop the roller coaster ride I was on. I enrolled in the program and earned my certification from the Institute in 2019.
By implementing the tools I learned through the certification program to my own life, I have experienced awareness, healing, and relief from poor body image, binge eating, chronic dieting, and body dysmorphia. The healing process has been incredibly profound. So profound, in fact, that I felt a “calling” to pass this remarkably powerful healing approach on to others.
I joined The Dynamic Eating Approach as a means to help men and women who are suffering like I was. Understanding that every person has a unique relationship with food and a distinctive set of circumstances surrounding that relationship, I use my experiences and training to guide you through the healing process. I apply an approach as unique as you are that will aid you in overcoming your challenges.

We each trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology where we each received our certification as Mind Body Wellness Coaches. In IPE's internationally acclaimed program, we learned powerful cutting-edge tools and protocols that enable us to work with weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity, and others. Our work combines the powerful new fields of Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition. The skills we use from this training are a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, body-centered practices, mind-body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health.
